![]() ![]() Speaking of Continuum, Playcast supports that feature as well. Your device becomes merely a means of transport for media, but like in Continuum, continues to operate as a phone. In this sense, Playcast feels more like a native app than some third party workaround. Havent investigated the issue very closely, but TubeCast just stopped working on my RPi 3B+ (w/ LibreElec) the other day. Of course, you can also do just the photos, music, or videos you recorded on your phone too. Additionally, you can hit the volume key on your phone and play, pause or skip - just like a traditional remote. ![]() Going back and then selecting the video again always seems to work. ![]() I think it's because your individual connection has timed out. Even better, you can turn your phone's display off and just watch the movie streaming from OneDrive to your phone to your TV. The same thing happens though if you try to continue playing a YouTube video you started ages before on the Android app too. It didn't even hit battery life too hard. Not only can it do the above streaming task, but you can minimize the app on your phone and continue to use the phone as you normally would without any drawbacks. Let me give you a real-world example that we tried and that works remarkably well: Streaming an HD movie stored on OneDrive through our phone to the TV via a connected Xbox One. You can open apps, switch between apps, and find 2 apps at once. Even if you stop your service the process is likely to remain in memory - that is the systems' decision. Find, open & close apps on Android Youll find some apps on your Home screens, and all your apps in All Apps. The information in Tube Exits is built-in so it is available at all times underground, without an internet connection. I think that removing 'the app completely from memory on exit' is not the issue. The only exits App with correct door positions for new S-Stock trains and the new Tottenham Court Road Northern Line station. It also shows you the interchange corridors, passageways and lifts. Tube Exits (previously Exit the Tube) contains details of the best door position to be nearest the exit at every station on the London Underground, original 84 Overground (pre-June 2015) stations and Docklands Light Railway. The Elizabeth Line (Crossrail) opened to the public on the 24th May 2022 and we've updated our database with the new stations!Ĭo-created by Geoff Marshall, a two-times Guinness World Record Holder for travelling to all Tube stations in the fastest time possible (a record he held most recently from 2013–2015).
